APILO/AABA Free Virtual Community Legal Clinics

AABA APILO Small Business Clinic

The Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area and API Legal Outreach have reopened their legal clinic remotely. Due to the Covid-19 stay at home restrictions, API Legal Outreach and AABA have temporary closed walk-in clinics in Oakland, San Francisco, Daly City and Stockton. Instead, together we are currently providing legal consultations over the telephone or via video conferencing. The API Council has partnered in these efforts to reach out to underserved communities, small businesses, and non-profit organizations.

Do you have legal questions involving small business, economic issues, rent and tenants’ rights, mortgage and foreclosure, applying for disaster relief or government aid, domestic violence, elder abuse, human trafficking, sexual assault, immigration, or DACA renewal? Please call us!
