Elder/YAD team stands up to workplace bullying on behalf of senior client
The senior client reached out to the Elder/YAD team for help when she experienced workplace bullying from a co-worker. In response, the Elder/YAD team sent a cease and desist letter to the co-worker. The bullying immediately stopped, and the senior client reported that she felt safe and supported in her workplace once again.
The Elder/YAD team believes that, “Bullying in any form is unacceptable, especially in the workplace. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or status. We stand with our client and all victims of bullying, and we are committed to doing everything we can to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.”
The Elder/YAD team is dedicated to helping seniors, people with disabilities, and other marginalized communities, and this case is just one example of the important work that our organization does every day.
