Whether you’re facing housing challenges or simply want to understand your protections, this session will equip you with essential knowledge to safeguard your home.

What You’ll Learn:

• The Unlawful Detainer (Eviction) Process – Understand every step from notice to settlement and know what to expect if you’re facing eviction.
• Your Protections Under San Francisco Law – Learn about your rights under SF’s rental ordinance and rent board regulations that protect tenants from unfair practices.
• Buyout Agreements – Know what to look for and what questions to ask before signing any agreement with your landlord.
